Returns + Exchanges
We strive to offer goods of the highest level of quality and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange any items purchased directly from our website.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of dispatch in their original condition with packaging and all their labels intact. We will not accept items that have signs of wear or where the tags have been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You will receive a shipment confirmation detailing the returns procedure and date the items were dispatched.
In the event that a refund is required it will be issued in the same way, as the original payment was made.
We aim to process all returns within 72 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Sometimes the limitations of the banking system mean that the refund may a further few days to show up on your card statement.
RETURN BY MAIL:
Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking. We recommend ‘Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded’. For higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking.

You can also drop off a return in our store to be processed.
Alternatively you can make an exchange in store. Any remaining balance for exchanges of a lower value will be returned to a store gift card.
Please be sure to bring along your packing slip enclosed in your package or have your confirmation e-mail handy.
